Rosebud Nanny Agency - Award winning recruitment!

 

In June 2021, I was nominated for the UK Nanny Nanny Agency of the Year award! 

 

All of the nominated agencies were then entered into a poll in a Nanny Facebook group, so nannies could vote for their favourite. 

The top 4 agencies from the poll made it to finals, and the finalists were then mystery shopped among other factors to decide on the winner. 

 

There are many awards including best payroll company, best training provider, best insurance specialist, best childrens classes among others - and the big one of course the prestigious 'UK Nanny of the Year' award (this award is decided by an independent panel not a public vote).  

 

The award ceremony took place in September 2021, with an afternoon tea around the announcements.  

 

Rosebud Nanny Agency was named Nanny Agency of the Year 2021 to my utter delight! 

 

In 2022, I was again nominated and topped the poll to become a finalist once again. Sadly I didnt take home the award this time but the ceremony in June 2022 was a great event and a chance to network with the other finalists (and of course the Nanny of the Year nominees!)  

 

Now in 2023, i am once again in the finals - watch this space and keep your fingers and toes crossed for me for the award ceremony on 11th June!  

 

 

In 2022, I was notified I had been nominated for the Herts Little Ankle biters award in the category of Best Local Independent Business. This was again a great day! They have many categories, including best softplay, best pregnancy business, best family event, family attraction and place to eat as well as best local charity (with many deserving nominees).  

 

The voting was via their website and the winners were announced on a Facebook Live in April 2022.  

 

I was delighted to be named the Best Local Independent Business by Little Ankle Biters Herts!  

 

In 2023, I was delighted to again be nominated for the same award. I reached the finals again but sadly didnt win this time!
