Ref SKC: St Albans

A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny housekeeper for 3 children aged 3, 6 and 14 

There would be 2 days a week with the youngest (nanny role) and 2 days where she's in nursery so you do housekeeping in school hours 

The youngest was 3 early this year, so will not be in school until Sept 2023 

They need Monday to Thursday, hours varying slightly each day but adds up to 40.5 hours over the 4 days: 

Mon 7.30am-6pm, Tues 7.30am-4.30pm, Wed 7am-6pm, Thurs 7.30am-5.30pm (monday and thursday are childcare days) 

This is a long term role to start ASAP 

The housekeeping role includes day to day chores, eg clean kitchen, hoover and mop, laundry, cooking, run errands. They will retain a cleaner for the heavy duty stuff! 

They offer £13-14gph which is £27-29.5k 

The 6 year old has ADHD - any SEN experience is a big plus 

Sole charge role. Mum will initially work from home (locked away) but will return to office more in time 

Ofsted not required 

A driver is needed, they could offer a duty car or you can use your own 

Mum is highly allergic to pet hair so cannot accept a nanny with your own cats and dogs (as hair will cling to your clothes!) unless a hypoallergenic dog eg cockapoo - they have no pets 

This role will suit a calm, patient and loving nanny who is happy to babysit on occasion 

They are open to a NWOC on the nanny days (not Tues/Wed as doing housekeeping) or a nanny bringing a child during school holidays, when the focus is again on childcare
