A family in Shenley (WD7) is seeking a nanny for their 3 month old baby.
Days: 5-6 per week | Hours: 40/46 hrs | Ages: B12 weeks (+B5) | Salary: £17-£19gph ++
A family in Shenley is in need of a nanny
They have two boys aged 12 weeks and 5 years. Your role is sole care of the baby
They need 5 or 6 days per week:
Monday to Friday - 3 days of 10am-8pm (or can dop 9.30-7.30 if preferred) and the remaining 2 days can be 4-8pm OR 2.30-7.30pm (38 or 40hrs). You can choose which are the short days
Ideally, you will also work 6 hours each weekend to give a total of 46 hours - they are flexible on the format of hours to suit you, can be Sat or Sun, morning or PM - either with one or both children, whilst parents spend time together, or dad works/mum has the other child as in the week
They can accept Mon-Fri only if you dont wish to work over the weekend
Whilst mum does not work, this is not a shared position - you will take charge of the baby whilst she gets jobs done/heads out in the day, then she'll collect the eldest and spend time with him
As the baby gets older, or in school holidays, you may take the elder one for a day out and she has the baby / you take both
This is a long term role to start ASAP
You are really welcome to get the baby out to groups and classes
Nanny duties only
They offer £17-£19gph which is (with the weekend hours) up to £45.5k gross per annum - however for someone with a maternity nurse background / super baby experience they can go up to £20gph
Ofsted not needed
A driver is a must, ideally with your own car for work use
They have a small, hypoallergenic dog - no care needed, mum will walk him, but he needs a dog fan as he loves a fuss!
You will have plenty of baby experience so you can take sole care of him, adapting his routine as he grows (he's in a good routine and bottle fed)
This role will not suit a NWOC
