A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for two boys aged 9 and 11
The role is term time only (state school terms) although they would likely offer the odd bit of work in school hols, paid as extra
Tues+Wed, hours are 8-6.15. Thursday is 2-6.15 and Friday is 2-6 = 28.25 hours per week
This is a permanent role to start in September
The eldest will walk himself to/from school so you take the 9yr old
The role is sole charge, parents typically WFH just 1 day per week
During school hours, its taking in the food shop (delivered), meal prep and batch cooking, kids laundry/ ironing, changing their beds (kids only)
The school is walkable but a driver is needed for clubs/holidays. Own car for work use
£18-£20gph which is £22k-£24.7k (which covers 39 working weeks, plus holiday pay - paid in equal monthly payments across a year)
Ofsted registration is required, they're happy to pay the fee / you can apply when you get the role
Family have a cat
