A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for three children of school age
Days: Mon-Thurs | Hours: see below | Ages: 6, 9, 12 | Salary: £15ph = £21.5k
A super family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for three children aged 6, 9 and 12
They have hired a nanny before - she was with them for 9 years!
During term time, they need Monday to Thursday afterschool but can offer some hours for light housework too. So, hours offered must include 3pm – 6pm (2 days) and 3pm-7.30pm (2 days) with flexibility on the additional hours. For example, hours could be 1-6pm 2 days a week, and 1-7.30pm the other 2 days.
During state school holidays, you would work full days (2 days 9-6, 2 days 8-7.30)
1-3pm for light chores such as changing beds, laundry, ironing, cooking, sorting toys/clothes as they outgrow them - they have a cleaner and do not expect their nanny to do this
They offer £15gph which, with the proposed hours above, is £21,450 per year / £1787 per month.
This is a long-term role to start in January
The position is sole charge - parents work from home part time
An Ofsted registered nanny is required (or willing to apply, they'll pay the fee)
A driver is a must, with own car for work use - school is walkable but some clubs are not
No pets
Would consider a NWOC although they lift share to some clubs so you'd need a 7 seater. Could suit a NWOC part time or in school holidays
