A family in Abbotts Langley (WD5) is seeking a nanny for one boy of 3.5 years
They require Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm
The role is to start early December
He is not in any preschool or nursery, so with you full time (bar a 2 hour drop in session when you can go for a coffee!)
This is long term - when he starts school next year, they would love to keep you on as a nanny-housekeeper
However if you only wish to commit until Sept 2026, thats okay too!
They offer £16-£19gph depending on exp which is £34k to £39.5k per annum
Ofsted not required
Mum isnt currently working, so is around but keeps out of the way - they are also happy for you and the 3yo to be out a lot!
A driver is a must, ideally with your own car for work use
No pets. Nanny duties only
They follow a gentle parenting approach so a knowledge of montessori or similar is welcomed
They would love for you to get him out to groups, classes, playdates etc - he does not attend any preschool so they really do want a sociable nanny who will build up his friendship group and encourage his social skills
This position will not suit a NWOC
