A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for 3 children aged 5, 3 and 20 months
They need Monday to Friday, 7am-9am and 2-8pm (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)
In school holidays, the format may change but will remain 40 hours per week
The role includes helping mum with all 3 children in shared care - dividing the school run, clubs etc, then work together for tea, bath and bedtime (dividing kids for bedtime!)
This is a long term role to start ASAP
Eldest is in school, younger two are in nursery until 3pm so a little time for child related household chores
They offer £37-£40k which is up to £19gph
Ofsted not needed
A driver is required, they can offer an automatic duty car
No pets or SEN requirements
They do need someone happy to babysit, occasionally work weekends/stay overnight, and some potential travel with the family - all to be discussed in advance and paid additionally
This family are looking for a fun, high-energy nanny who loves being active and creative with babies and toddlers, enjoys outdoor play in all weather, and is confident in a shared-care setup
This role will not suit a NWOC
