A family in Bengeo, Hertford is seeking a nanny/day maternity nurse for two young children.
Days: Wednesday to Friday | Hours: 8-7 (8-5 Fri) | Ages: NB and B2 | Salary: £16-£20gph
A family near Hartham Park in Hertford is seeking a nanny for two boys aged newborn and just 2
They need 3 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with 8-7 on Wed andThur and 8-5 on Fri
They will also require some occasional weekend support, and babysitting 1-2 evenings a month
The role is to support mum, so there will be elements of working as a team with her, or taking either/both children, so strong experience is needed with both babies and toddlers
This role requires an experienced nanny with a strong background working with babies, ideally as a maternity nurse. The youngest was premature so any experience working with prem babies is advantageous
The eldest will attend nursery 3 mornings per week
This is to start ASAP, although will wait for the right fit. The role is really long term - they want someone to join their family for 5+ years
They offer £16-£20 per hour, depending on your experience and background - you will have a maternity nurse background and training to hit the £20ph
Ofsted registration is not required
A driver is a must - town is close by with easy access to parks and groups, but some activities will require driving. The role involves taking children to classes and activities
They have a small dog, friendly and loves a cuddle! Walking is welcomed but not expected
Child related duties, to include cooking nutritious batch meals for the boys
Ad hoc babysitting will be offered, a couple of times per month. A willingness to join them on the occasional week away, or a weekends proxy parenting so parents can get away, is also needed
This position will suit a professional, experienced, compassionate nanny who can seamlessly transition between both children
Wont suit a NWOC
